Recommended Usage

Dosing Protocol:

• Dosages are calculated after mixing 2 mL of Bacteriostatic water or Saline water into the vial. Every 5 units on the insulin syringe is equal to 125mcg and every 10 units on the insulin syringe is equal to 250mcg.
• For best results and to mitigate potential side effects such as nausea, we recommend frequent micro-doses of Retatrutide. For females begin at 5 units (125mcg) daily either Monday to Friday (5 days weekly) or 7 days per week for the first 14 days.
• For males begin at a range of 5 – 10 units (125mcg – 250mcg) daily either Monday to Friday (5 days weekly) or 7 days per week for the first 14 days.
•  Retatrutide should be used alongside a balanced diet and regular physical activity for optimal results.

Dosage after 14 Day Biological Adaption Phase:

• The first 14 days of Retatrutide dosing is a period of time to allow your body to adapt to producing more GLP-1 in the stomach and pancreas and the effect this has on your body. Dosages can be increased to reach the desired effect slowly over-time, for example females may increase their daily dosage to 6 units daily (150mcg) while allowing at least 3 days on a new dosage to gauge tolerance and effect. Females should not exceed 10 units daily (250mcg) and males should not exceed 15 units daily (500mcg).

Maintenance Dosage:

• Once you have found your desired daily dosage maintain this for a period of up to 3 months before taking a 3-5 week break to maintain receptor sensitivity to the compound.

Higher Dosages (if required):

• Higher dosages than the ones recommended above in some circumstances may be relevant. Please check with your healthcare provider on which dosage range is acceptable for your goals and health.
• Always consult a healthcare provider before making adjustments.

Mixing Instructions

1. Use Elite Bioscience Bacteriostatic Water or Saline Water for Injection for reconstitution.
2. Add 1 mL of solution to the Retatrutide vial using the provided mixing guide.
3. After reconstitution, every 50 units on an insulin syringe will equal 2.5 mg of Retatrutide.

Storage

• Store in the refrigerator between 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F).
