Ipamorelin is a peptide selective agonist of the ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptor and a growth hormone secretagogue. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide that was derived from GHRP-1. Ipamorelin significantly increases plasma growth hormone levels in both animals and humans. Like pralmorelin and GHRP-6, ipamorelin does not affect prolactin, FSH, LH or TSH levels. However, unlike GHRP2 and GHRP6, but as growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), ipamorelin does not stimulate the secretion of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) or cortisol, and is highly selective for inducing the secretion only of GH
There are numerous studies which indicated that Ipamorelin has an effect on bone growth, fat loss and the production of growth hormone. It is one of the most efficient peptides in the release of growth hormone from the anterior lobe of the pituitary gland.
Ipamorelin is a biosynthetic hormone that can be used to bring out the release of growth hormone from pituitary cells on the anterior lobe. The mode of action is through biomimicry as the peptide is an endogenous hormone which acts like Ghrelin. However, unlike growth hormone releasing hormone, it is more stable in suppressing the effects of somatostatin and releasing growth hormone at a steady pace. Typically for reconstitution of 5mg peptide you will use 1ml (100iu on insulin syringe) of sterile water, which will give you ready to use liquid solution with concentration of 0.1ml (10iu) = .5mg or 500 mcg.

Injecting:
Actual injection can be done SubQ (subcutaneous). Injection site does not matter, however the abdominal fat area is a popular site. Subq injection takes place by pinching the skin loose from the muscle and raising it so the needle can be inserted in the fat layer of skin.
200 to 300 mcg is typically the daily dosage which is recommended for the typical Ipamorelin user. It can be taken anytime during the day but is advisable to be used in the morning, as it will help you achieve the best results in such cases. Regardless of when you start your dosage, it is important to ensure you are taking it at the same time each day. And, for new users, it is best to stick to a one-a-day cycle.
If you are an athlete, if you are used to working out regularly, or if you have already used the supplement in the past, it is possible that you can hike-up the recommended dosage levels.
