Responsibility

It is the client's responsibility to read the contents of our products in detail before purchasing. If you have any doubt about the contents of our product. You can email admin@elitebioscience.co before making a purchase.
Buying the product means that you have read the specifications of the product and know what you are buying before you purchase. That you agree with our Shipping and Returns Policy, Terms of Use and Privacy Policies of the company Elite Bioscience.

 

Shipping and Handling

For your peace of mind all orders are sent with proof of posting and are insured against loss or damage. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email to notify you of this which also contains the tracking code for your order. This can be checked at:

 https://www.dhl.com/mx-en/home/tracking.html (Mexico customers)

 

Dispatch Schedule

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 1pm, Monday to Friday, subject to items being in stock and the amount of orders processed that day. 
We use DHL Express as our primary provider when shipping to the US or Canada. For Mexico domestic shipping we use DHL also. Shipping to the United States and Canada is $80 USD while domestic Shipping within all of Mexico is $25 USD.
USA and Canada shipping times are 3-5 business days. Domestic Mexico postage is 1-4 business days depending on location. All orders dispatched come with tracking for your peace of mind all the way up until receiving the order at your door.

 

Lost or Undeliverable Orders

If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own, we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery.
Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redirection postage costs.
If you do not receive your order within the stated times, please contact us and we will investigate this matter promptly. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we are not able to guarantee the exact timings of delivery service, although the times given are the usual time frames.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

We regret that we will not be held responsible for any packages that are either lost or stolen once the tracking information indicates a package has been successfully delivered. Members assume all responsibility for any orders placed once the tracking information indicates that the package is out for delivery and once delivered successfully. If your order states delivered on the tracking but is not at the address you supplied in your order - please go and check your nearest post office to check if the parcel was moved there due the postal agent not being able to drop your order at a sufficient location before contacting us about a missing order.  


Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our key focus; thus, we constantly strive to deliver industry leading service and products right to your doorstep.
We regret we do not accept refund, return, or exchange requests unless the item you purchased is damaged or defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at admin@elitebioscience.co with the details of the product defects. Please note that claims must be made within 30 days of purchase. Photographic evidence is required for verification.
We will notify you via e-mail if your claim is approved and the next steps to receiving your new item(s). If your claim is approved, we are happy to provide you with your choice of either receiving a replacement, or keeping the item and receiving a store credit issued to your account of up to 50% of the original price of the defective product, to be used on your next purchase.
