A once-weekly dosing schedule
Tirzepatide is administered via a simple subcutaneous injection otherwise known as an injection under the skin, usually once a week. It's important to follow your healthcare provider's instructions regarding dosage and frequency to achieve the best results.
Starting Dosage:
The typical starting Tirzepatide dosage is 2.5 mg once a week for 4 weeks. At week 5, your prescriber may recommend raising your dosage to 5 mg once a week. If needed, your dosage can be increased more starting at week 9. Tirzepatide dosages shouldn’t be increased by more than 2.5 mg every 4 weeks. The maximum recommended Tirzepatide dosage for weight loss is 15 mg once a week, however this dosage level is on the higher side and for most individuals will not be required for consistent, sustainable weight loss.
Take Tirzepatide® once a week or split into 2 dosages, for example; if your weekly dosage is 2.5 mg you can also try dosing 1.25 mg x 2 weekly for a total of 2.5 mg. This would be recommended in the case of experience some nausea with the medication. This side effect can subside however after a week or so. For most a weekly dosage of 2.5 mg once per week is completely fine.
If your last injection was taken two days post your injection daily window or longer, you are free to switch the day of the week that you take Tirzepatide.
Other medications that contain semaglutide or other GLP-1 receptor agonists should not be taken together with Elite Bioscience Tirzepatide.
Using the included Elite Bioscience Bacteriostatic Water or Saline Water for Injection, using the Peptide Mixing Instructions add 1 ml of solution to your Elite Bioscience - Tirzepatide Vial.
Once reconstituted every 50 on the Insulin Syringe will be equal to 2.5 mg (the Starting Weekly Dosage) of Tirzepatide.

Your vial may be kept at room temperature for up to 21 days once reconstituted, which means that travel with this medicine is possible without cold-storage.
