Equipment Required:
1. 5ml of bacteriostatic water. (Note: saline water will crystalise this product, so bacteriostatic water MUST be used for mixing your NAD+ for subcutaneous injection.
2. Long needle and plunger for mixing
3. Insulin needle to release air (air valve) in the mixing vial
4. Rubbing Alcohol Pad

1. Using the long needle draw up 5ml of mixing solution.
2. Taking the insulin syringe, remove the lid and pull out the centre plunger so all that is remaining is the body of the insulin needle and the pin on the end.
3. Using the rubbing alcohol pad, rub the top of the vial to be injected and push the insulin needle into the NAD+ vial to release air.
4. Next inject the long needle with 5ml of mixing solution down the side of the NAD+ vial and slowly drip the 5ml of liquid into the NAD+ vial ensuring to go slow and not spray the powder.
5. Slowly turn the vial to mix the powder with the liquid. Do not shake. Once all the powder is dissolved the solution is ready for injection.
Recommended Starting dose (Loading Phase):
Mixing 5ml of bacteriostatic water in the vial. This vial contains 1000mg of NAD+.
For loading phase: Start at 10 on the insulin pin. That is equal to 20mg of NAD+. Each 10 on the insulin pin is equal to 20mg of NAD+. Therefore, 20 on the insulin pin is equal to 40mg, 30 on the insulin pin is equal to 60mg of NAD+ etc...
Dosages for NAD+ subcutaneous range from 20mg to 80mg per dosage. You will find your perfect dosage amount working up to 80mg over a period of at least 3 - 4 weeks.
After your first dosage, wait at least 24-48 hours before your next dosage. After this initial 20mg dosage, you can take up to 40mg per dosage. After another 24 -48 hours you can try 60mg or 80mg dosage. It is normal to get temporary fascial flushing and slightly elevated heart rate, but this will subside in around 10 minutes.
Continue with 20mg - 80mg dosage 2 - 3 x per week until you notice no enhancement of your energy levels and/or no further enhancement of brain performance. Once you reach this point you have saturated your NAD+ levels and can move to Maintenance Phase.
Recommended Maintenance dose:
At Week 5, therapy can either cease or continue at 20-80mg, 1 - 3 times weekly using enhanced energy levels and enhanced brain activity as your guide to the NAD+'s continued effectiveness.
