Before puncturing the rubber vial stopper with the needle, clean it with an antiseptic solution to ward off potential contamination. TB-500 should only be delivered with sterilized, disposable syringes and needles.
Inject 2ml of the diluent (bacteriostatic water or Sodium Chloride Injection, USP) into the vial of TB-500, aiming the liquid against the glass vial wall. Gently rotate the vial until all of the contents have dissolved. If there are any discernible particles or if the reconstituted solution is hazy, do not administer TB-500.
The volume of the syringes should be kept to a minimum (insulin syringe is recommended) so that the recommended amount may be accurately pulled from the vial.
Beginners should start at the lowest end of the dosage range, experienced individuals should stay in the center, and those seeking the greatest amount of healing due to serious injury should stay at the top.
If you want a smaller dose delivered every other day, go with 1mg- 1.5mg 1 day apart, over a period of 3 months, cycling 3 months “on” and one month “off”.
