Agreement between user and Elitebioscience.co Welcome to Elitebioscience.co The Elitebioscience.co website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages, is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Goods and Services Tax

Elitebioscience.co is not responsible for any additional charges that your government applies to the shipment in regards to import fees (Goods and Services Tax or Value-added tax). If the tariff dues go unpaid, your package will be returned to us, and a refund will not be applied. It is your responsibility to ensure any taxes are paid in accordance to the country you are receiving the product in when we ship the product outside of Mexico.

No unlawful or prohibited use/Intellectual Property

Using Our Products

Elitebioscience.co will not be held liable to the results hereafter the use of our products. By taking the product, you are fully oriented of the indications, proper handling and proper usage of the products, and you acknowledge and agree to the risks that may come herewith. Inclusive are allergic reactions, physiological changes and effects, body reactions, and any loss or damages that may occur thereafter. International Customers

The Service is controlled, operated and administered by Elite Bioscience from our offices within Tulum, Mexico. If you access the Service from a location outside of Mexico, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. Indemnification
