By applying to and participating in the Elite Bioscience Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Elitebioscience.co is an online anti-aging medical site that provides high quality, rejuvenating product known as Somatotropin (HGH) and Primobolan Enanthate through our online scripting process by a licensed medical doctor.
1. Eligibility & Application Review
Acceptance into the affiliate program is at the sole discretion of Elite Bioscience.
We reserve the right to decline or remove affiliates at any time, for any reason, without notice or obligation to disclose reasoning.
2. Commission Structure
Commission rates and qualifying actions are determined by Elite Bioscience and are subject to change without prior notice.
Commissions are paid on completed sales generated through approved affiliate links.
Fraudulent, self-referred, discounted, or refunded orders are not eligible for commissions.
Commission payouts will be made monthly after a review period to validate all transactions.
3. Content & Brand Use
Affiliates must use only approved creatives, copy, and brand assets provided by Elite Bioscience.
All representations of Elite Bioscience must be professional, accurate, and aligned with our ethos.
Use of unapproved images, medical claims, or misleading content is grounds for termination.
4. Code of Conduct
Affiliates may not use spam, misleading practices, paid traffic on branded terms, coupon or discount sites, or violate advertising policies on any platform.
Any behavior that compromises our brand integrity or violates advertising laws will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
5. Termination
Elite Bioscience reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time, without prior notice, and to withhold unpaid commissions in cases of policy violation or abuse.
Upon termination, all rights to use Elite Bioscience content, links, and branding must be discontinued immediately.
6. Limitation of Liability
Elite Bioscience is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program.
We make no guarantees regarding income, sales performance, or the continuity of the affiliate program.
7. Program Changes
Elite Bioscience reserves the right to update, modify, pause, or discontinue the affiliate program at any time without prior notice.
8. Confidentiality
Commission rates, customer data, and proprietary content are confidential and may not be shared, disclosed, or used outside of the affiliate relationship.
9. Commission Attribution
Affiliates are only eligible for commissions on sales that use their unique referral code at checkout or are tracked via their referral link (30-day cookie window).
If a customer does not use the affiliate’s code and was not referred via the tracked link, no commission will be attributed, regardless of prior communication with the customer.
There are no retroactive commissions or manual adjustments for sales where codes or links were not properly applied.
The 30-day cookie applies from the time the customer first clicks the affiliate link. If a purchase occurs within that window without the use of another affiliate’s code, the commission is attributed accordingly.
10. Minimum Payout Threshold
Commissions are only paid once the affiliate reaches a minimum of $100 in approved earnings.
Earnings below this threshold will roll over to the next payment period.
11. Payout Method & Schedule
Commissions are paid upon request by the affiliate.
Affiliates may choose to receive their approved commissions via bank transfer or as credit toward products within the Elite Bioscience range.
All payouts are subject to verification and will only be issued once the minimum payout threshold has been met.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment details.
Elite Bioscience is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
12. Non-Compete Clause
Affiliates may not promote or represent directly competing brands in the fields of peptides, hormone optimization, or longevity therapies while participating in the Elite Bioscience Affiliate Program—unless explicitly approved in writing by Elite Bioscience.
This includes, but is not limited to, brands offering similar therapeutic or supplement products.
Elite Bioscience reserves the right to terminate affiliate status if a conflict of interest is identified.
13. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Elite Bioscience—including logos, product images, educational content, and brand assets—remain the exclusive property of Elite Bioscience.
Affiliates are granted limited, revocable rights to use these materials solely for approved promotion.
Modifying, redistributing, or misusing any EBS content without written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in termination and legal action.
