Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reading the contents of each product before purchasing. If you have questions, email admin@elitebioscience.co before placing your order. Purchasing constitutes agreement with these Shipping & Returns terms, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
Shipping & Handling
All orders are sent with proof of posting and are insured against loss or damage in transit. A dispatch email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

United States: Standard ($10, 3–5 business days), 2-Day ($15, 2 business days), and Overnight ($35, next business day). Mexico: Domestic Shipping ($12), Local Delivery in Tulum — Same Day ($12), and Pick up in Tulum (free). International (other non-US destinations): $50.
Dispatch Schedule
We aim to dispatch orders received by 1pm Monday–Friday, subject to stock availability and order volume.
Lost or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned due to incorrect information you provided, a redelivery cost may be charged. Third-party carrier terms apply, and delivery timing is not guaranteed.
Lost / Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages once tracking shows delivered. The customer assumes responsibility for the package after delivery.
Refunds / Returns / Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item is damaged or defective. Defective-item claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt with photographic evidence. If approved, you may choose either a replacement or to keep the item and receive store credit of up to 50% of the original price.
