Terms of Sale

1. Research Use Only (RUO) Status

Our products are strictly intended for laboratory, research, and analytical use. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, or diagnostic use. Purchasers represent that they are qualified professionals and that purchase constitutes an agreement not to use these materials on humans or animals.

2. Regulatory Classification

Elite Bioscience is a research-grade chemical supplier. We are not a compounding pharmacy and are not a 503A or 503B outsourcing facility. Our products are not FDA-approved drugs and are not intended for medical or therapeutic applications.

3. Customer Responsibility

The buyer represents that they are at least 21 years of age and authorized to purchase, that they are legally permitted to receive and possess research chemicals in their jurisdiction, that they understand the associated hazards, and that they will store, use, and dispose of all materials safely and lawfully. Elite Bioscience assumes no responsibility for misuse, mishandling, or unlawful application of any product.

4. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order for actual or suspected violations of law or regulation, suspicious or incomplete information, or bulk purchases suggesting resale. Accepted orders receive a confirmation email.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payment is due at checkout. We may adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier, customs, or third-party delays or damages. International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and compliance.

7. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final due to the nature of research materials. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for incorrect items received, or for products damaged due to shipping error. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. Product Integrity and Documentation

Certificates of Analysis (COA) and purity documentation are available on request. Each vial is labeled with the product name, batch number, and the statement “For Research Use Only. Not for Human or Animal Consumption.” No guarantee or warranty extends beyond the COA. Products are supplied “as is.”

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss arising from misuse, improper handling, or unlawful application of any product. Claims exceeding the original purchase price are disclaimed. All warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.

10. Modification of Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
