Shipping Options (by destination)
Options and rates depend on the ship-to country and (for Mexico) state. Real IP-based auto pre-selection via /api/geo (x-forwarded-for + ipapi) auto-detects country/state AND pre-selects a recommended shipping METHOD on checkout (e.g. Free Pick Up for Quintana Roo, Standard $10 DHL for US; shows "IP suggested" badge). Products catalog also defaults location filter from real IP. See /products for location filter and /api/geo for detection. Choose at checkout (can override).
United States
- Overnight: $35 (FedEx Standard Overnight)
- Expedited: $15 (FedEx 2-Day Air)
- Standard: $10 (DHL Expedited 3-5 days)
Mexico
If shipping state is Quintana Roo (e.g. Tulum area):
- Free Pick Up (Tulum area only)
- Same Day Tulum Local Delivery: $12
- Domestic Shipping DHL: $12
Other states in Mexico: Domestic Shipping $12
International
$50 flat rate. Timelines vary by country and customs. Customer responsible for duties/taxes.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or reconstituted products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
For unopened, undamaged products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. A restocking fee may apply. Please contact admin@elitebioscience.co to initiate a return.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
