Welcome to Elite Bioscience. These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through https://elitebioscience.co (“the Site”). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

By purchasing from Elite Bioscience, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 21 years of age and authorized to make the purchase.
- You are legally permitted to receive and possess research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
- You understand the potential hazards associated with handling research materials.
- You will store, use, and dispose of all products safely and in compliance with applicable laws and institutional guidelines.
Elite Bioscience assumes no responsibility or liability for misuse, mishandling, or illegal application of its products.
4. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Elite Bioscience. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to:
- Orders that may violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Suspicious or incomplete customer information.
- Bulk purchases suggesting intended resale or non-research use.
Once accepted, you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order details.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at checkout through approved payment gateways. Elite Bioscience reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.
6. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Orders are shipped according to the selected method at checkout. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Elite Bioscience is not responsible for delays or damages caused by carriers, customs, or third parties. International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and compliance with their country’s regulations.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for:
- Incorrect items received, or
- Damaged products due to shipping error.
Any claim must be made within 7 days of delivery, supported by photographic evidence. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
8. Product Integrity and Documentation
Elite Bioscience provides Certificates of Analysis (COA) and purity documentation for all products upon request.
Each vial or unit is labeled with product name, batch number, and the statement:
“For Research Use Only. Not for Human or Animal Consumption.”
No guarantee or warranty, express or implied, is provided beyond the COA data.
All products are supplied “as is” for research purposes only.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Elite Bioscience, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
- Any loss resulting from misuse, improper handling, or unlawful application of products, or
- Any claims exceeding the purchase price of the product in question.
All warranties, express or implied (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose), are disclaimed.
10. Modification of Terms
Elite Bioscience reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of products after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
